Privacy policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how BIBERSON TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PhoenixVPN service. We try to write it the way we'd want to read it — short sentences, plain English, no clauses tucked away in legalese.

Data controller: BIBERSON TECHNOLOGIES LLC, 55 S Forest St, Denver, CO 80246, United States.

The summary

  • We don't log your VPN traffic. Ever.
  • We don't log which servers you connect to or when.
  • We do log enough to operate the business: your email, billing details, and aggregated usage counts (per-server, never per-user).
  • We've never sold customer data to anyone, and we never will. Our entire revenue is your subscription.

What we collect

Account data

Your email address (to log you in and send you receipts). Your payment information (held by our payment processor — we don't store full card numbers). If you contact support, the contents of that conversation.

App data

Our apps phone home for two reasons: to check for updates, and to fetch the current server list. Both requests are anonymous — we don't tie them to your account.

Aggregated metrics

We measure total connections per server, total bandwidth per server, and overall uptime. These numbers are aggregate — there is no per-user breakdown stored anywhere.

What we don't collect

  • Browsing history
  • DNS queries
  • IP addresses you connect from
  • The servers you connected to
  • Session timestamps tied to your account
  • Bandwidth used per user

Don't take our word for it — independent auditors (most recently Deloitte) have verified this end-to-end twice. See the no-logs policy page for the audit reports.

Sharing

We share data with our payment processor (to take payment) and our transactional email provider (to send you receipts and password resets). That's it. We do not share data with advertisers, analytics partners, or "marketing intelligence" platforms — because we don't use any.

Legal requests

If we receive a valid legal request from a competent authority, we will respond with whatever non-content data we have — which is the bare minimum required to operate the business. Since we don't keep traffic or connection logs, there is nothing to hand over.

We publish a transparency report annually, including the number and nature of requests received.

Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your account data at any time from your account dashboard. If you prefer to do it by email, write to [email protected] and we'll handle it within seven business days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), or the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we don't sell or share, but the right exists). Use the email above to exercise any of these rights.

Children

PhoenixVPN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes in any material way, we'll email every active customer at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor wording changes are noted at the bottom of this page.
