Refund policy

Every PhoenixVPN plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the service in your first 30 days, we'll refund the full amount. No questions, no retention call, no dark patterns.

This Refund Policy is offered by BIBERSON TECHNOLOGIES LLC, the operator of the PhoenixVPN service.

How it works

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 30 days of your first payment.
  2. We process the refund the same business day.
  3. The money lands back on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You don't need to explain why. You don't need to fill out a form. One email and you're done.

What's covered

  • Your first subscription on a new account.
  • Plans paid by credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

What's not covered

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (Apple and Google handle refunds for those — we don't have access to your billing).
  • Renewals after the first 30 days. (You can still cancel any time; you just won't get a refund for the in-progress period.)
  • Add-ons like dedicated IP and cloud storage (refundable separately, pro-rated).

App Store / Play Store purchases

If you subscribed inside the PhoenixVPN iOS or Android app, your purchase was processed by Apple or Google. To get a refund, you need to request it through them:

Outside the 30-day window

We don't pro-rate refunds outside the first 30 days. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
